Terms of Service

By accessing or using planoraviajes.com (the “Site”) you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site. These Terms form a binding agreement between you and the operator of Planora.

Planora publishes Indonesia travel guides, city food maps, and related digital content. We sell digital downloads, accept voluntary contributions, and offer a free email newsletter. We are not a tour operator, travel agency, or insurance broker.

Information on the Site reflects our personal experience and is provided for informational purposes only. We do our best to keep recommendations accurate, but conditions on the ground change — always verify visa rules, transport timetables, opening hours, and safety advisories before you travel.

Each product listing shows the price in EUR (€) and the format of the deliverable. Payments are processed by Dodo Payments on their hosted checkout (cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay and local methods depending on country). After successful payment you receive the files and an invoice by email.

Files are personal — you may not redistribute, resell, or publish them without prior written consent. The language of the email and the attached PDFs is the one you choose at checkout (English or Spanish).

Custom planning is a made-to-order service: you pay for a number of planning days, then complete a mandatory trip briefing form. We build a personalized itinerary PDF based on that briefing.

• Revisions: up to 3 revisions of the delivered plan are included. Further changes are handled at our discretion via WhatsApp.
• Delivery time: we aim to deliver your PDF within 5 business days after we receive your complete briefing (not counting public holidays in Indonesia or Spain).
• WhatsApp: we may contact you on the WhatsApp number you provide solely to manage this order. Please do not share our number publicly or use it for unrelated marketing.
• Accuracy: you confirm that your briefing information is accurate. We are not liable for issues caused by incomplete or incorrect briefing data.

By checking the acceptance box at checkout for custom planning, you agree to this section in addition to the rest of these Terms.

European consumer law gives you a 14-day right of withdrawal on most purchases. For digital downloads, this right is waived as soon as the download begins, provided you gave express prior consent and acknowledged the loss of the right (Art. 16(m), Directive 2011/83/EU). By completing a purchase you accept this waiver.

We still offer a goodwill refund if a file is corrupted, fails to deliver, or contains a clear error. Email planoratrips@gmail.com within 30 days of purchase with your order ID and we will make it right.

Voluntary contributions through the “Buy us a coffee” widget are non-refundable except where required by law. They do not entitle you to any product, service, or discount. We receive the full amount minus Dodo Payments fees.

By subscribing you give consent to receive periodic emails about Indonesia travel, new content, and occasional product announcements. You can withdraw consent at any time using the unsubscribe link in every email, via our data management portal, or by emailing us. Our free guide is provided “as is”; we update it from time to time and do not guarantee continued availability.

Service reviews for Planora are collected and hosted on Trustpilot. Our product pages embed Trustpilot's Review Collector widget to invite feedback and link to our public Trustpilot profile; we do not display an on-site review carousel on the free plan and have no editorial control over review content. Trustpilot's policies (End-User Terms) govern any review you submit.

You agree not to:

• Resell, sublicense, or republish our content without permission.
• Reverse engineer, scrape, or systematically copy the Site.
• Submit fraudulent payment information or impersonate others.
• Send unsolicited bulk submissions through any of our forms.
• Attempt to break into systems, bypass rate limits, or disrupt service.

We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these rules, with no obligation to refund.

All content on the Site — text, photos, illustrations, code, PDFs, maps, branding — is owned by Planora or licensed to it, and protected by copyright and other laws. Buying a guide grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use it personally. We retain all other rights.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Planora is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site or its content, including but not limited to lost profits, lost data, travel delays, missed connections, illness, theft, or injury incurred while travelling.

Where liability cannot be excluded by law, our total liability is capped at the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or (b) €100. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law (e.g. fraud, gross negligence, or rights given to consumers under EU law).

The Site may link to third-party sites (booking platforms, social media, maps providers). We don't control them and take no responsibility for their content or practices. Some links may be affiliate links that pay us a small commission at no extra cost to you — we disclose this where applicable.

These Terms are governed by the law of Spain, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Mandatory consumer-protection rules of your country of residence still apply where required.

We prefer to resolve issues amicably — please email us first. For EU consumers, the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform is available at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

We may update these Terms occasionally. The effective date at the top of the page reflects the latest version. Material changes will be communicated via the Site or email. By continuing to use the Site after a change you accept the updated Terms.
